Your 2024 tax bills were mailed via USPS on September 25, 2024. If you did not receive yours, please email the Tax Collector at tax.collector@wcfd.net or call 401-397-5916. Also your bill can be accessed online anytime, use the link above.
Bills may be paid as follows:
- In Full, without penalty by January 31, 2025
- or Quarterly:
Quarter 1 by October 31st
Quarter 2 by January 31st
Quarter 3 by April 30th
Quarter 4 by July 31st
Interest: 18% per annum from November 1st, 2024 on the entire unpaid balance.
TAX SALE: MAY 23, 2025 10:00 a.m. List will be in Kent County Times on May 2, 2025
2024 Tax Rate: $1.65 per $1,000 of assessed property value.
2024 Tangible Tax Rate: $1.58 per $1,000 of assessed property value.
2023 Tax Rate: $1.58 per $1,000 of assessed property value.
